Eden-on-the-Park is Malaysia’s first integrated active retired living (ARL) community aimed at retirees who wish to live in a resort environment.
The development features 104 units of Luxury Apartment Suites, 14 Bungalow Villas and an aged care facility with 71 rooms. The Luxury Apartment Suites are designed with an open basement car park and two blocks of 14 storeys of reinforced concrete structures with a lift core at the centre of the building footprints. Eden-on-the-Park focuses on strategies that allow residents to age in place. Communal spaces and facilities, such as sky gardens and lounges, create daily opportunities for interaction to combat loneliness. Dual-key, senior-friendly apartment units allow more flexible living arrangements; a portion of each apartment can house visiting adult children, or be leased out to a tenant if downsizing is required.
