Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all HR cases end-to-end: absenteeism, discipline, grievances, and performance matters.
  • Prepare investigation packs, show-cause letters, warning letters, PIPs, and decision memos to a documented standards.
  • Run the full recruitment cycle: intake, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
  • Roll out the employee handbook and ensure signed acknowledgements are captured across all staff.
  • Build and maintain the HR dashboard: headcount, attrition, leave, OT, disciplines cases, and recruitment pipeline.
  • Design and implement HR SOPs, templates, and checklists across all key processes.
  • Manage OT verification workflow and produce monthly exception reports.
  • Support the appraisal and salary review process: data preparation, calibration workflow, and recommendation packs for BOD approval.
  • Maintain HR records with controlled access, proper filing, and audit trail.
  • Liaise with IT/DPO on PDPA compliance for employee data handling.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Executive or equivalent role.
  • Hands-on experience in employee relations, discipline management, and recruitment.
  • Solid working knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law; Sarawak Labour Ordinance familiarity is an advantage.
  • Strong written English.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director.

  • Assist in preparing and organizing accounting and project-related documentation, including claims, billing, invoices, payment records, and project expenses.

  • Handle travelling claims, reimbursements, and ensure supporting documents are properly compiled and submitted.

  • Support basic accounting and finance-related tasks, including document checking and coordination with the accounts department.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for project accounts and financial records.

  • Monitor payment schedules, project expenses, and follow up on pending documentation when required.

  • Manage appointments, meetings, schedules, and calendar arrangements for the Director.

  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation reservations, transportation, and other related arrangements when required.

  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments regarding administrative or project matters.

  • Handle confidential information and documents with professionalism and discretion.

  • Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as instructed by the Director from time to time.
