• Fresh graduate and experienced Quantity Surveyors are encourage to apply.
• Flexible to work in office and site visit.
• Familiar with tendering / proposal process and contract management.
• Possess initiative, proactive and able to communicate at all levels

• Good command of English.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist / assess tendering process and contract management.
• To assist in proposal preparation and submission.
• Liaise with different sub-consultant, contractors on costing requirements to complete the proposal in time.
• To assist in cost planning, analysis and monitoring of project resource, costing and project budget. 
• Any duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process staff travelling claims, including obtaining necessary approvals.
• Prepare and issue billing to clients for expenses claims.
• Follow up with clients on claims and related matters.
• Assist in preparing quotations and basic financial proposals.
• Support SST submission and payment processes.
• Assist with HRD Corp matters, including basic documentation and claims.
• Handle contract stamping for project agreements when required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for projects and accounts.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Must be a Degree holder in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 5 to 25 years site experience in supervision of road & bridge works.
• Must be minimum BEM registered Professional Engineer.
• Full time supervision at Site.
• Ensure Contract deliverables are executed satisfactorily.
• Monitor and control work progress.
• Ensure Contractor’s SHET (Safety, Health, Environment, and Traffic) and Quality Management are practiced satisfactorily.
• Coordinate work interfaces among all disciplines and with other contractor / consultant engaged by Client.
• Possess valid  driving license.

• Must be a Degree holder in Civil Engineering from a recognized university and registered with BEM.
• 5 to 15 years site experience in supervision of road & bridge works.
• Possess valid driving license.

• Diploma holder in Civil Engineering from recognized institutes.
• Registered with BEM as Inspector-of-Works.
• 2 to 30 years site experience in supervision of bridges / road works.
• Possess valid driving license.

• Certificate / Diploma holder in Engineering Survey from recognized institutes are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years site experience with at least 2 years’ experience in surveying of bridges / road works.
• Possess valid driving license.

• Certificate / Diploma holder in Civil / Material Engineering from recognized institutes are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years site experience.
• Possess valid driving license.

• Diploma holder in Civil and Structural from recognized institutes.
• Registered with BEM as Inspector-of-Works.
• 5 to 7 years site experience (counted from the date of registration with BEM) in supervision of building works.
• Full time supervision at Site.
• Coordinate related works between sub-contractors to ensure smooth flow of works.
• Assist Resident Engineer in ensuring Contract deliverables are executed satisfactorily.
• Familiar with HSSE requirement at work site.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification required: Diploma holder in Civil Engineering from recognized institute.
• Familiar with AutoCAD drafting software.
• Assist in the execution of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Carry out other technical tasks or ad-hoc duties as required.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply and will be considered for junior post.

Job Qualification / Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years draughting experience is preferable.
• Familiar with AutoCAD drafting software.
• Attention to details and accuracy of work produced is important.
• Fresh graduates will also consider for a junior position.

Job Qualification / Requirements:
