• 3 to 7 years of site supervision experience.
• Full time supervision at site.
• Coordinate related works between sub-contractors to ensure smooth flow of works.
• Assist Resident Engineer in ensuring Contract deliverable are executed satisfactorily.

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.

• Attention to details and accuracy of work produced is important.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process staff travelling claims, including obtaining necessary approvals.
• Prepare and issue billing to clients for expenses claims.
• Follow up with clients on claims and related matters.
• Assist in preparing quotations and basic financial proposals.
• Support SST submission and payment processes.
• Assist in HRD Corp matters, including basic documentation and claims.
• Handle contract stamping for project agreements when required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for projects and accounts.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
