Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirement:

  • Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement.
  • To ensure project run smoothly throughout the project life cycle.
  • Produce & execute communication plan with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Liaising with consultant’s representative at site.
  • To attend site / project meetings and conduct site inspections.
  • Assist in revolving all site issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • In-charge of the monthly salary computation and salary report generation.
  • Provides payroll information by responding to staff questions and requests where necessary.
  • Updating of employee personal record from time to time.
  • Responsible for staffs work permit application and renewal.
  • Preparations of HR & Administration Department correspondences that includes Appointment Letter, Confirmation / Extension Letter, Termination & Acceptance of Resignation.
  • Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with government bodies on all statutory requirement.
  • Complies with relevant authority requirements by studying existing and new legislation: enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepare and process monthly salary, inclusive OT and allowances.
  • Prepare and submit the relevant monthly documents and payments to EPF, SOCSO, and Inland Revenue Department, as per statutory guidelines.
  • Prepare Staffs EA forms.
  • Act as PIC (Person in Charge) inquires contact for inquiries to/from statutory bodies in relation to EPF, SOCSO, and Inland Revenue Department.
  • Process all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts.
  • Create and maintain all employee personnel files, ensuring archiving of leavers and cleansing of the information held in line with the Data Protection Act.
  • Responsible to undertake special assignments, and perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Qualification Required: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university or equivalent.
  • Possess engineering knowledge in mechanical disciplines in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and other mechanical design software.
  • Candidates with working experience in the mechanical engineering field is preferable.
  • Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a team and ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Fresh Graduate and Experienced Mechanical Engineer is encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for site supervision of installation in term of quality, technical compliance, safety and health rules and regulation at the Project Site.
  • To ensure and monitoring the overall installation work are as per Project Schedule.
  • Plan, execute and monitor project electrical and mechanical work progress until timely complete.
  • Assist in design and engineering on mechanical systems.
  • Prepare bill of material for cost estimation of bid project.
  • Ensure all machines, tools, lighting and consumer items are sufficient during installation job at site.
  • Review and check the drawings, designs specification, materials and equipment from vendor for conformity with project technical requirements.
  • To liaise with vendor and inter-departments to resolve engineering technical issues.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • To attend site meeting with client / sub-contractor as when required.
  • To follow up, resolve and response to client comment.
  • Prepares work schedule and project accomplishment report.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or principle engineer.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification required: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years draughting experience is preferable.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD drafting software.
  • Attention to details and accuracy of work produced is important
  • Time management skills to complete error-free work within the required timeframe
  • Experienced draughtsperson is encouraged to apply.
