• Qualification required: Degree in Administrative / Accounting related courses from recognized university.

• 2-3 years’ experience in accounts and administrative work is preferred.

• Skilled in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director.

• Assist in preparing and organizing accounting and project-related documentation, including claims, billing, invoices, payment records, and project expenses.

• Handle travelling claims, reimbursements, and ensure supporting documents are properly compiled and submitted.

• Support basic accounting and finance-related tasks, including document checking and coordination with the accounts department.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation for project accounts and financial records.

• Monitor payment schedules, project expenses, and follow up on pending documentation when required.

• Manage appointments, meetings, schedules, and calendar arrangements for the Director.

• Arrange travel bookings, accommodation reservations, transportation, and other related arrangements when required.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments regarding administrative or project matters.

• Handle confidential information and documents with professionalism and discretion.

• Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as instructed by the Director from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• At least Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate and experienced Quantity Surveyors are encourage to apply.
• Flexible to work in office and site visit.
• Familiar with tendering / proposal process and contract management.
• Possess initiative, proactive and able to communicate at all levels

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist / assess tendering process and contract management.
• To assist in proposal preparation and submission.
• Liaise with different sub-consultant, contractors on costing requirements to complete the proposal in time.
• To assist in cost planning, analysis and monitoring of project resource, costing and project budget.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Drafting or a related field.
• Proficient in Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks or AutoCAD MEP is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of MEP BIM Modelling experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models for MEP systems – HVAC / ductwork, plumbing and sanitary piping, fire protection, electrical (cable trays, conduits, lighting, power) and associated services.
• Model and place mechanical and electrical equipment (pumps, chillers, AHUs, switchboards, transformers, generators, etc), including creating and managing Revit families where required.
• Prepare detailed MEP construction drawings, schematics, schedules, and documentation.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate MEP models against civil, structural and architectural disciplines (e.g. via Navisworks).
• Collaborate closely with M&E engineers to implement design changes.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct traffic counts along Bintulu-Samalaju area.
• Record traffic data using tally sheets.
• Maintain focus and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Submit collected data in a timely and proper manner.

• Minimum 5 years site experience with at least 2 years’ experience in surveying of bridges / road works.
• Possess valid driving license.

• Certificate / Diploma holder in Civil / Material Engineering from recognized institutes are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years site experience.

• Must be a Degree holder in Civil Engineering from a recognized university and registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).
