The Salim WTP Ph 2 was for the construction of a second 75 Mld module to the Salim Water Treatment Plant to increase the plant capacity to from 75 to 150 Mld. The plant uses a conventional treatment train consisting of flocculation, coagulation, horizontal sed tanks and rapid sand filters. The Salim treatment complex was designed for an ultimate capacity of 300 Mld.
