Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

  • To complete drawings and worksheet on time.
  • To ensure accuracy of drawing engineering produce.
  • Coordination with other design consultants and contractors.
  • Liaise with clients on any projects related technical issues.
  • To attend site / project meetings and conduct site inspections.

  • Preferably with 5 years or more structural design experience.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.

Job Requirement:

  • Assist Resident Engineer in ensuring Contract deliverable are executed satisfactorily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of BIM workflows and standards across projects.
  • Coordinate with project team to ensure model integrity, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Manage interdisciplinary model integration and clash detection processes.
  • Oversee BIM Coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Provide training and mentorship to BIM modellers and engineers.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM management for infrastructure or building projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate 3D BIM models for civil and structural works.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to implement design changes.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and company standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting or related field.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (experience with Civil 3D or Tekla is an advantage).
  • At least 2 years of BIM modelling experience preferred.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to work independently.

  • Full time supervision at Site.
  • Ensure Contract deliverables are executed satisfactorily in timely manner.
  • Monitor and control work progress.
  • Ensure Contractor’s HSSE Management System and Quality Management System are practiced satisfactorily.
  • Coordinate work interfaces among all disciplines and with other contractor(s) / consultant (s) engaged by the Client.
  • Preferably candidate that able to communicate in Mandarin.
